Adds AGENTS.md (read by AI coding assistants), a CLAUDE.md pointer, and a README "Editing & deploy" section.

Documents the workflow for loew/the LLM agent: edit on a branch, preview locally via a static server, open a PR into main, merge to auto-deploy to thefatdragon.bcgen.ie. Docs-only — no site content changes.
