Coordinates with private-cloud-federation PR #197. Renames the FamilyFed Garage Actions secrets, S3 region, and private publisher endpoint.

Do not merge until the new Forgejo secrets exist and at least two garage-replicated allocations are healthy. Merge after Traefik points public site traffic at the renamed service; the main-branch workflow will then validate and publish through the new endpoint.

Validation: npm run check passed (production build and link audit).
